Investor/Contract for Syndication

Hello All,

For my next deal, I'm looking into obtaining some hard cash from my colleagues in exchange for a percentage of equity or an interest only deal.  A very small syndication in other words.  I searched thru the forum and file-vault and didn't come across a template or road map on how to write up these types of deals.  Any help or referral would be greatly appreciated.

Syndication docs aren't something to "fill in the blank".

People with money to invest in a syndication also have money to pay lawyers to file lawsuits if the transaction goes wrong.
