Looking for help in searching for fourplex in Houston

Hi all,

I'm interested in purchasing a fourplex or small multi family property in Houston TX. This will be my first one. Can anyone give me some tips on where to search besides the MLS. I have not found anything worth it for investment purpose.

Fyi, I own 2 small condos as investment property. I'm not a total newbie but not very experienced neither.
