What is considered good profit?
What is considered a good net profit when you sell a property? I know that it can depend on many factors like how much you invest from a dollar perspective, percentage perspective, and time. If you purchase for $1M and return 100k, then that would be a ROI of 10% for annual return. If you purchase for $100k and return $100k profit, then ROI of 100% for annual return.
For sake of discussion, let's keep it to dollars, and time of 1-2 years.
I would say net profit $200k is a home run.
