How to buy a property with multiple individuals & non-US resident

I and my business partners currently have a design consulting company based out of San Francisco and we're really interested in investing in a property together. The situation is one of our partners is a non-U.S. Resident and we would all like to be equal owners of the property. So my question is of two parts. 1. What's the best way for multiple individuals to buy a property together 2. How can we include a Non-U.S. resident officially?

Further details: Individual A is a US citizen who will be in charge of day to day management, (has a poor credit score). Individual B is a green card holder, Has a good credit score and we are planning to use his credentials for securing a loan for the property. Individual C is an Indian citizen on a student visa in the US who will be in charge of the down payment (from an inheritance from India).

We definitely want to finance the property and will be primarily buying it as an investment. What's the best and most secure way to go forth with this idea? if it is possible and what are the challenges or risks involved?
