Hi, my name is Yoav

I am new in the bigger pocket forum and I just moved to Florida.

I want to start investing in real estate and I have 50k that I can invest, for what I've seen Florida is becoming expensive but still not as a lot like other places... my question is, where do you guys think I should invest if it's my first time?

close to where I live or just find some realtor or company outside of Florida and invest my time there and maybe buy a duplex with a down payment and slowly grow my portfolio and let the company handle the property while I

thx a lot!

Yoav
