Wells PSA - Standard or Negotiable?
Hi, I won an auction for a property owned by Wells. The auction was for a house as-is, sight unseen. But, Wells sent me the PSA and the PSA has me repping that I've seen the house.
Anyone have experience with this? If I strike the term, what will be Well's response? What liability are they avoiding by including this term? Any advice on how to deal with Wells?
Thanks!
