Hello BP Ohana,

I have a dilemma and wanted a second opinion. I am interested in using the BRRRR strategy however do you have to wait for the 1 year seasoning period before doing a HELCO or cash out refinance?

My current situation is I have 4 properties in S.C. that I own free and clear, each property requires renovations so I plan to phase the projects house by house. Should I cash out refinance each property as I get them rented?
