WIKI Crowd Source The Buying Process?

Recently it seems Ive come across a lot a people crowd sourcing the realty process. Interesting concept. Seems to accelerate the filtering into focused results. Now they have realty reviews. What about realty wikis? And further, what about a wiki for the consumer to crowd source not just the hiring of but in effect turning the whole WIKI into a population of knowledgeable people working in collaboration with you? Could'nt you crowd source the collective intelligence of experts to pinpoint more intensively and and with more focused finesse a point? I would like to do something like this in an effort to ascertain an off grid IL rare unique property. Basically crowdsource the pin pointing of a property to buy. Any thing like this that anybody is aware of? Of course you could always create a wiki tailored to this objective yourself, but there may already be a robust platform available. There are architectural design wikis, seems it would work with realty synonymously. Any thoughts?
