My First Win. Closed on my first property!

Got my first win! Guys I closed on my first owner occupied property. 4bed 3bath total rehab. The goal is to AirBNB the basement while I live in the main 2 levels and save up some money and then move out in 3- 5 years into another property and turn this one into a full-time rental property (baby steps).

Looking for my next deal, buy and hold in Baltimore city wish me luck! Any advice is welcome.
