need Foreclosure Attorney in New York City or Long Island

I purchased a property through foreclosure but it was appealed by the foreclosed owners.  They have no case and used up all their requests for extentions.  But judge has been dragging his feet on making a final call, to finally let this deal close and title transfer to me.

The foreclosing bank's attorneys are not pushing as they have far too many to deal with.  And all local attorneys (including mine) are too inexperienced in foreclosures to know what to do.  I need a foreclosure attorney who can press the bank, and who can help me file a motion of preference.

Can't share additional details publicly but all recommendations welcome.  Thanks!
