From Mongolia, flipping business is totally new business

Hi all, 

I am newbie here. I am from Mongolia and in my country flipping business is a brand new business. So I would like to start this kind of business here. Our country just transferred from soviet society into free market economy 29 year ago and real state business is so young like this. We tenant or agency, contractors all business experience is same old. Real state market is divided into main 2 category, old soviet Russian style apartments, newly built apartments and houses since 1990. There was no individual house before 1990 which was not allowed to build. 

About me, I am so much interested in interior design and successfully finished 3 projects of renovation. I realized flipping apartment (there is no old cheap house here) business is a great opportunity here and willing to start. 

I would be really appreciated if you give me some useful tips, comments, ideas, advise for flipping house business especially in the new market.  What should I think about more careful for example?
