Found Deal - Signed Contract, but need help financing
Hi Zaid Waheed here,
I found a property selling well under it's tax assessed value. I put an offer in and got the offer accepted. I put in an offer of 170,000 needing 30,000 dollars of repairs. The comps with have been selling for around 250,000. I'm looking for ways to finance the deal though. My credit is okay, but I don't really have enough in my savings to cover down payment, closing costs, or the rehab. Any suggestions on what the best route would be from here?
Thanks
