Wholesalers Investigated by State's Attorney General?

Don't freak about the post title...I'm just wondering if anyone has seen consumer protection actions against wholesalers...or your state's Attorney General get involved. There is an interesting issue here when individuals with no intent on closing deals fail to disclose the highest and best use of a property...basically stealing homeowners equity.
