Contacting Current Property Owners - Advice Needed

We have our eyes on a particular property and have heard that the property manager mentioned might be available for sale.  I have found the owners (out of state) contact information and intend to mail a note to them tomorrow letting them know that we are interested in purchasing the property.  

Can you recommend form letters that I can look at to craft my note from?
