So I currently have a mentor for wholesaling and those deals should start to take off within the next 30 days. I'm looking for some locals who are already in the game that could help mentor with cash flowing buy and holds. I'm 22 but I'm making really good money and still live at home so I want to invest as much as possible at this early age. Thanks for any help :)
