How should I leverage my equity?
My primary home is worth $360,000 I owe $250,000. Ive flipped homes and have had rentals in the past and want to start BRRRRin. I am looking to buy a home for $70,000 and put 20k-30k into it with ARV 140k-150k. How would you fund this? I am thinking refi but would mixing a HELOC with something else be better?
