Apply for rezoning to R-1C in Adams County, CO?
I am considering rezoning in Adams County from A-1 Agricultural to R-1C Residential. My raw land is .6 acre adjacent to US 36 in Westminster. Current zoning allows for structures up to 12.5% of the lot size if it has dedicated public water and sewer, or a total of 3500 SF of building. Rezoning to R-1C would have no maximum coverage restriction. Is there enough value in a rezoning effort to warrant going through the cost and process from A-1 to R-1C?
