Comission only employee
I’m considering hiring a comission only employee and wanted feedback from anyone else who has done this? What type of pay structure did you set up? How difficult was it to find someone? Any other details would be great, thanks.

@Lee S., a 1099 “employee” is still an employee and entitled to minimum wage etc.
If you hire the person as a professional (like a handyman), you will be invoiced.
A partner is just that, gets part of the profit and owns part of the business.
