Tear off roof vs overlay - how it effect the ARV?
Hello BP,
I'm looking into a flip and the house needs a new roof, Overlay would cost me 4K and tear off would cost 10K
Does a tear-off roof increase the ARV considerably enough to justify the price difference?
Are there other things i need to think about other than ARV? (will the house sell faster if it has a tear off roof?)
