Hello I'm  looking into buying a  5 acre lot for the cost of $200k and I will putting a 20% down.

My bank also approved me for 350k construction loan and after talking to my contractor will be able to built for about $130 per sq ft.

The comps for a 2,500 sqft home are between 750k to 800k.  This mean that roughly i will profit around 150k -200k after the project is sold. I would like to see where can I find a calculator that I could use to draft numbers for new development.
