Live-In-Flip & LLC - How to use my current LLC for a live in flip

Hi everyone. I have an LLC in NY, originally created for wholesaling houses. I am looking to buy a NY rehab property and do a live-in-flip for a year (renovate the property over the course of the year while I'm living there and then sell). How can I utilize my current LLC for that purpose? I won't be buying the property cash (will likely be FHA or conventional loan). Could the LLC be used for property management aspects (hiring contractors etc.)? Any advice and insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
