Off market property in NJ
We acquired an off market property. The seller agreed on our terms and contingencies, so what is the next step from the seller’s side? Do they need to have their own lawyer to draw the contract or can we just use our lawyer and have both parties sign the contract or agreement?
Can we just use a Purchase and Sale Agreement?
Can you pls enlighten a newbie?
Btw, property is located in NJ.
Thanks.
