@Al Boettger

Just an fyi: we signed up for the inner circle. Currently working on our marketing strategy: sending mailers and then follow up with a call from our VA.

Keeping our fingers crossed.

@Taylor Philley

I will keep you posted.

Thanks

@Al Boettger

Thanks, we are planning to attend the March 2021 seminar/course.

Also, we would like to see the area itself. Excited to see what Arizona can offer.

@Ben Hollingsworth

Hi, try Amex Amazon, Amex Lowe’s and Amex Blue Cash. I tried other Credit Card companies but those 3, we got lucky and gave us even a higher credit limit.

Good luck.

@Taylor Philley

Thanks Taylor.

Yes, we actually signed up at RAL and planning to attend the 3-day seminar 🤞.

I too am in healthcare biz and doing flips in NJ that’s why it motivated me to pursue this and I know it can be done, obviously at a smaller scale first.

I have business partners and we’re considering out of state due to lower price points compared to my area and hopefully to find a turnkey 1.

So, here’s the dilemma:

-we are looking for a company or a website where they lists these type of properties.

-we are still trying to find out the financing aspect of it. Residential vs Commercial.

- we are still looking for a better location or state to start this biz although i heard that Texas is good.

@Steve Morris

Thanks for the advise.

@Bill Hampton

Thank you.

@Chris Blackburn

Yes, they were definitely affected and stricter with their rules and regs.

Thanks

@Jimmy Cantave

Thanks. It will definitely require a lot of work but it can be done.
