Seller will use insurance to fix leaky roof, other risks?

I'm interested in a property where there are stains on the ceiling and the tip of the walls throughout the house. The seller's agent said that they can use insurance to fix the roof. Assuming the roof problem is squared away by insurance, I am wondering what other pitfalls are there that are caused by a leaky roof? I assume there might be mold in the attic but I can't think of other potential issues. Interested in your experiences!
