Eviction by bank in the state of Hawaii

I am looking to buy a house from hubzu.com. It is currently occupied. As I noticed by investigating hubzu, the bank will raise the price by about 100k when they evict the owner. How do I find out if the eviction notice was served? I am thinking to bid exactly when it is served, since the bank drops 20k every month and the more I wait the cheaper I will get it. Any ideas on where to get the info on the eviction process?
