Hi All,

I am planning to buy a property in Toronto,  as I am new to real estate dealings I hope you don’t mind if i have few questions about real estate services in Toronto. After going through a huge list of real estate service providers in Toronto, I came across a nice construction for sale near us, I found this for sale in resident listing provided by a real estate agent. so have just been investigating housing mortgages before i meet them . How does a residential mortgage work?  Please share your thoughts.
