Fix/flip or buy/hold in Jacksonville, FL?
What seems to be the best avenue to pursue in the Jacksonville, FL area with 100k cash? I want to use the BRRRR method to buy and hold a SFR or small multi-family but is the current market better suited to fix and flip?
Not scared of a major rehab if the price is right. Looking to buy cash. Thoughts?
