New investor, how high should I shoot?
My name is Joseph Fernandez. I am a brand new investor starting out. I am at a turning-point in my life where i'm still living at home so my expenses are minimal, my credit score is at 800+, my salary is in the 105-110k range (still work at my day job), and I have an extremely low debt to income ratio. I'm just now starting to save money and put it away for my down-payments.
Now that you understand this, I really want to hit the round running with my REI career consisting of multi-family rental properties.
Here are my questions:
1. What strategy would you incorporate to start-up quickly?
2. I want to take advantage if my situation and qualify for as many loans as possible to purchase multiple properties at once. Is this advisable/possible. If not, what would you recommend?
