Selling Two Homes as a Bundle

I have two homes and accompanying country club memberships that I would like to sell as a bundle.  Due to club rules, if they are sold separately, the memberships will not convey (long story).  What/where is the best place to find buyers for this bundle?  I'm giving a DEEP (~$70K) discount on what they would normally pay for the mandatory club membership purchase so it should be appealing.  The homes are in South Florida so should be attractive to people up north and in the Midwest.  Also might be good for a company that wants to use them as employee incentives.  Help!
