Looking to get opinions on this deal

Recently came across a guy thats looking to sell a portfolio of 3 properties for 350k. They are 2-2/2 and a 1/1. The area is around Homestead, FL and I was wondering what you guys think about this. The properties are in very good condition and the rental market will allow for them to cover the mortgage plus an extra $900 monthly as income. Looking to hear what you guys think about this if its a good deal or not. Thanks ahead for your time.
