Why are you an Investor?
As someone new to investing, I've had a lot of questions for myself and others. So, now that I'm dealing with buyers and sellers, what's your points of communication to a winning formula.
I've always been a real big believer in relationships, and when done correctly I feel there are many advantages. But sometimes building those relationships take time. With real estate, time is of the essence. Especially when good deals are a little tough to find or can move quickly.
I'd really to get some feedback from some of you more seasoned investors. Whether your a flipper, wholesaler, or buy and hold investor. Besides the numbers, are simply looking for a deal? or is there more to the investment strategies you use and feel are more important?
Thanks,
