What Website Do You Use For Bulk Skip Tracing

Hi all! I am looking for a good bulk skip tracing website. I have tried REI Skip and they are not the best because it takes them 2-3 days to return results. I ahve also tried REI Rail and they are quick, but ridiculously expensive (Start up fee + monthly fee + fee to finally skip trace your leads).

Does anyone else have any recommendations? I skip trace between 500 and 2000 records per month.
