Hey everyone. Im in the market for a new attorney in Northern CA. The few I have interviewed locally do not seem to have the same goals as I do when it comes to real estate. In the mean time I'm looking to move quickly if I can finish locking in may current lead that's in negotiations.

Please inbox me if you have any recommendations for CA version of a purchase and sale agreement or and attorneys for that matter
