Mold Remediation's affect on resale

Considering taking on a flip that will need extensive mold remediation (drywall, crawl space, attic, etc.).  Outside of the direct cost to re-mediate, would love any feedback on how prior mold issues can affect the resale value on a flip? Home is located in great area and neighborhood. Not sure yet if state (Georgia) or local laws require disclosure of prior mold issues when selling.
