Buying a rental property from an agent without an agent.

I am looking to buy my first property. I am interested in a property that my realtor owns and is going to put it on the market soon. I want to buy it, but do I need to get another realtor involved? She is my buyers agent, but if I buy from her she now becomes a sellers agent for herself. Is that a conflict of interest? Do I need a different realtor? Any negotiating options to not getting another realtor involved?
