Kansas city MO vs KS
Hi everyone,
I'm recent looking to buy a property in Kansas city through a turnkey provider. They offered some properties in the KS side and some in the MO side. Anyone can share some advice on which side is better for rental properties in terms of landlord friendliness and neighorhoods in the area. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
