hard money loan that is expiring!

Hello PB, Our hard money loan is expiring in June!  The home has been on market for 23 days. We ran into some serious issues that caused major delays and went past our timeline. It's the 1st time we've ever had this happen. Can anyone give us any suggestions to prevent us from losing the house and all of the money we've tied up in it?
