To buy or not to buy?

Sonja Hibbler

Good afternoon BP. I'm am getting all my ducks in a row before I venture out and start investing. I'm gaining a lot of knowledge of all real estate investing before I dive straight in. However I am at a cross roads. I'm currently renting and want to eventually own my own home. I'm not interested in doing house hacking due to not wanting to move my family around a lot. Would you suggest buying a home first and then get a HELC for investing ? Or would you hold off on buying right now and start investing?

Thank you in advance!
