Appraiser Issue in Arizona

I own a couple of rentals in Northern Arizona in Lakeside. There are two separate homes on one lot. Both stick built. It is somewhat of an unusual property having the two separate units on it but I don't feel it is that unusual of a property. It is under contract to sell and we are having a hard time finding an appraiser to appraise it. I refinanced a year ago and had zero issue getting it appraised. For some reason now everyone is saying no. The appraiser that did it last time is now retired. If anyone knows of a good appraiser that would consider I would appreciate it! Thank you!
