I have my Listsource list, but how do I read it?

So I just purchased my first Listscource list. Hooray! Except Im confused now.  In the list I see the owners name and as I'm reading the expanded contact list I see a "Property" address and a "mail" address.  This may be a silly question to ask but I should assume that the "property" is what Im looking to buy whereas the "mail" is where the owner lives, correct?
