I'm looking at buying my first duplex or triplexI, if I use an FHA loan to buy a duplex or triplex, and use a FHA loan and then live in one of the other apartments would I still be able to write off the interest on my mortgage as I would for other investment rental properties, if I were just to buy an apartment and rent it for example
