In need of some Multifamily properties

Hey All!!!

I'm in search of cash-flowing multifamily properties preferably on the eastern part of the country.   I'm not looking for value add properties at this time just cash flowing properties.  Anyone that has a resource or that might know of some let's do this!  I live in ATL so any feedback or direction is always appreciated!
