Getting restless waiting to buy at steep discounts again

Sitting on funds for a few new deals when opportunities arise and it's tough. Have a few rentals already but it'll be a few years before steep discounts are available again.

Not many deals out there anymore and a risky time to buy more. So I keep saving and waiting. But it is making me restless....

Anyone else in the same boat? How do you cope? I try to remind myself you make your money when you buy and once I do buy a few again I'll really be looking back and thanking myself for waiting.
