i live in OKC but wanting to invest in lawton rental market. i was there yesterday to see what it look like been my first time in lawton, OK. the area looks pretty bad based on the number of abandoned property.

any investor out there that do rental property that can help any the following question

how fast do you get houses rental?

vacant rate?

areas to avoid?

suggestion/referral to good contractor to work with.
