How do I find the owner's contact info of a house I want to buy?

Hi everyone, I have a house that I want to by and I have found the name of the person who owns it on the city tax info. However, her address is listed as the house but it is vacant and being squatting. Any tips on how do I find her phone number? Could you recommend any company that provides this services or websites?
