Just started wholesailing

What’s going on everyone, I am trying to get my foot in the door with real estate investing and seen wholesailing as a great opportunity to raise capital before I can actually start to buy and rehab homes. I am in the Miami area and just wanted to know any tips that I should take as I start this journey. Anything that I should be aware of also.
