Storm water easements and resale
We are trying to buy a property and it is a 14,000 sq ft. square lot (127’ x112’). At the back yard there is a underground 10ft storm water easement. And on the right side there is a 5 ft underground storm water easement. Is it OK to get that lot will this easement affect the house price at resale?
