Strategy on Accounting , Loans, LLC's and Quit Claims

Hi Bigger pockest community,

I'm hunting for strategy. 

I'm fairly new to investing and I haven't been able to get financing in the name of my LLC.

Do you know of any great books on purchasing properties with conventional financing and holding withiin an LLC.
