Newbie in South Bend, IN

Hi,

I'm new to Real Estate investing. I'm still in the learning stages. 

I live in South Bend, IN. I've lived here for 39 years. So, I pretty much know the city very well.

I'm thinking of dipping my toes in the water via wholesaling, lease option assignments, or any other creative means to investing for a newbie.

I'm interested in some meetups.
