Beginner Need to Knows

My names Logan, I’m 22 from Southwest Wisconsin. Looking for input on a question every newbie has, that has been answered over and over.

I’ve listened to many BP podcasts and read a few books, trying educate myself to get started. My question is not everything a beginner should know but everything a beginner shall know.

Think of the individual asking the question as one that is aware of analysis paralysis, and knowing that your never truly gonna feel like you know what you need to know to get started.

So BiggerPockets, in your opinion what is absolutely necessary to know before getting started? Realistically, what knowledge, is required before you even think about hopping into the life of real estate?
